Adhesive liner. Comes in 2 different colors black or clear. 

Line one eye at at time. Apply liner to the edge of the eye from end to end and immediately apply eyelash. 

Camille Tip: I like to line my eyes with my regular liner first and then add the adhesive liner on top. Enjoy!
